Chemical Countdown
This will generate a target molecular weight based on adding some of the available side groups to the benzene ring.
Using a combination of arithmetical skill and chemical knowledge choose which items to add to attain the correct weight.
Simply click on the item to add it and click again to remove it.
All items can be added more than once.
Please note that all molecular weights are to 3 decimal places as below and that for each item added 1.008 will be deducted from the starting benzene weight of 78.114.
Once you are happy with your attempt click COMPLETE. If you are correct your time will be recorded and, if good enough, will be displayed in the top 10. However if you are incorrect then a 5 second time penalty will be incurred and you must amend your selections. Good Luck!
